BE IT
ORDERED: BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, as follows:

That the City of Everett by and through its Mayor, submit to the State Legislative Bodies, for passage, in substantially the following form:
An Act RELATIVE TO THE RETIREMENT ALLOWANCE OF A CERTAIN CITY OF EVERETT SCHOOL TEACHER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the

authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the state teachers retirement board shall calculate the retirement allowance of Ralph Cecere, a retired teacher of the city of Everett school department, by taking into consideration the stipend he received as Placement Counselor as part of his regular compensation. Such calculation shall be retroactive to the date of his retirement.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
