That the City Auditor appear this meeting to discuss the recent performance of the City's pension system. (Mayor and Auditor respectfully requested to appear this meeting)

To present a power point presentation showing glaring need of a teen resource center and the desired benefit it can have on the community. Supported and presented by the Suffolk University Juvenile Justice Center and Police Chief Steven Mazzie.

Mayor appear this meeting to answer a few questions concerning the suspended employees.

Mayor appear to discuss letter from the Inspector General's Office concerning Superintendent Foresteire dated December 4, 2006.


40. A0173-07 Ordinance/s/Alderman L. Charles DiPerri
To move the existing bus stop located on the west side of Broadway, in front of Pope John High School, in a southerly direction, a distance of forty (40) feet. The purpose of the amendment is to ease the restriction on Broadway at the new traffic island.

41. A0174-07 Ordinance/s/Alderman L. Charles DiPerri
To add a crosswalk on Shute Street, at number 194 Shute Street.

42. A0175-07 Resolution/s/Alderman L. Charles DiPerri
That the City of Everett consider repaving Bradford Terrace from Ferry Street to Cedar Terrace.

43. A0181-07 Resolution/s/Alderman Jason Marcus
That Mayor Hanlon appear to let us know how much money was left in the stabilization account from the previous administration when he took over and from the free cash that was left from the previous administration.

That City Services repair the sidewalks at the corner of Villa Ave and Foster Street.

City Services remove the old fire alarm box near 30 Hamilton Street.

To place a service zone, not to exceed 30 minutes, at 108 Ferry Street, intended for safety and convenience.

Budget Director, Auditor and Treasurer appear and answer questions about the forensic audit and bring the display boards that were used for the forensic audit

City Services remove the asphalt and replace with cement where there was a water main break last summer, as well as, placing a cap on the water shut-off in front of 7 Maplewood Ave.

Assistant City Solicitor Colleen Mejia appear this meeting to discuss the updates on Dan's Redemption Center and Lee Redemption Center.
