That the Revised Ordinances of the City of Everett Chapter 18, Traffic and Motor Vehicles; Article V, Parking, Stopping and Standing; Section 18-134, Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets is hereby amended by adding Burditt Street, west side, from Parker Street for a distance of 95 feet in a northerly direction. (Enrolled in concurrence, sent up for ordainment)

The purpose of the amendment is to place no parking signs on east side of Christina Circle; with favorable recommendation to amend to the one-side no parking on east side, from the Traffic Commission. (Ordained as amended, sent up for concurrence)

The purpose of the amendment is to place no parking signs on the odd side of Coburn Terrace from Sycamore Street to Glendale Park. (Ordained sent up for concurrence)

That the Revised Ordinances of the City of Everett Chapter 18, Traffic and Motor Vehicles; Article V, Parking, Stopping and Standing; Section 18-134, Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets is hereby amended by adding Burditt Street, west side, from Emery Street for a distance of 60 feet in a southerly direction.(Enrolled in concurrence, sent up for ordainment)

Mayor appear to discuss letter from the Inspector General's Office concerning Superintendent Foresteire dated December 4, 2006. (Referred to this meeting to invite Inspector General Greg Sullivan and Attorney for Mr. Foresteire, as well as, notifying Mr. Foresteire.)
