To increase lot size and frontage for residential properties; with a recommendation from the Rules & Ordinances Committee that residential lots and frontage requirements in existence prior to the passage of this ordinance shall be exempt for a period of five (5) years from the date of passage of this ordinance, but shall conform to the requirements in effect prior to passage of this ordinance.
