In other words, if you cannot provide the actual documents to which reference is made, please provide the specifics about the documents -- titles, dates, source of the publication, etc., so that those who might wish to do further research on the subject have the appropriate sources of reference with which to do so.

Once again, this site is a place to report and discuss news about the City, not a place for speculation on rumors or character assassination.
